Goods not as per invoice-missing

I visited Bharti Easy day outlet at Mainchowk, Janipur (Jammu) on sunday dt. 25.03.2012. After reaching my home I found that one of the items (890171967873) was missing. Moreover, the staff at cash counter, did not bother to handover my goods, I myself put the goods in bag. There is no contact no. mentioned on the invoice. I visited the outlet after two days (i.e. on 27.03.2012). I met Mr. Dilip there, and told him about the same. He said that I should have visited the same day and was not willing to talk to me properly. Also, I found that some of the items are overpriced. They are selling items above MRP.
