Bharti Telecom Services / Airtel Post Paid Connection
Telecom provider not refunding deposit

Had a Airtel Post paid mobile service for about 5 years. Because of poor network connectivity I stopped using the services from airtel. Now they are not refunding the deposit which was paid for STD/ISD calling service. I have even given them the copy of the receipt I have for the same.

They promised to pay within 45 days, however it has been 4 over months.
