Time is giving irregula

I purchased Caller ID telephone (Product: Celler ID Telephone (TREND)) on Feb 22 from M/s "A Unit of UNIFASHIONS Pvt Ltd, Destination Point, Near Badarpur Border, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Ph: 0129-4085200, 4136570/71".

The said telephone instrument is giving incorrect date & time from Day one. Regarding this, I brought this complaint to the aforesaid dealer alongwith the instrument. After few days, he returned the same instrument delivered at my home and told me that the problem has been rectified and will now give correct date & time. After receiving the instrument, I monitored it for few days continuosly, I found that the said problem still exists and nothing has been done from the dealer's side.

You are requested to please interfere into the matter so that customers can get better services.
