Ambe Bajaj is making fool me for replacement of my bike parts

Dear Sir,

13th November I was accident with an auto out Sarojini Nagar Market in this accident my bike is damaged (Petrol Tank, Alloy Wheel, Shoker and Headlight, Break). Monday we gave my bike to Ambe Bajaj Devli Road New Delhi Khanpur he says all part will be changed (Bike is covered with insurance), But after 3-4 days employee of Ambe bajaj call me and said all part will be only repaired. Please help on urgent.
