Harrsment done by icici

Hi,

this is Ramesh Chander my card no. is 377040111104981i got this card in mid of 2002. i called up thier customer care and informed that i dont want this card due to false promises made by your company represantative. but you charge me the joining fees and administration fees (but i didn, t use the card) on phone icici representative keep on saying that they will reverse the charges but they failed to do anything. in aug they starded reversing the charges. and my all dues are clear from their end. but the problem arises when i applied for a car loan and in verification they told that i am a defaulter of icici as my credit card payment is out standing. i have all the statements with me showing that their is no outstanding. this is a matter of my personal reputaion. so i can't take it lightly. if nothing is done in this matter i have to take a legal action.
