HARRASMENT

I had card few years ago and there was some dispute over billing and some false billing shown on my statment and asked bank to waive off the things which you claim for that we have not used and bank could not produce any documents in three years meanwhile bank representative agreed to accept amount rs 12000 instead of Rs.45873 asked originally. we got accepted offer vide letter ref no KA21082008314 Dt 25 august. We have asked gentleman to collect cheque with recieving of amount of Rs 12000 & no body turn out after that. now we are again being called from Tel No 011662111624 and 01147613917 and they are using abusing language and threatening us inspite of our all support based on your letter. we would like you to look into who are these guys calling from these numbers and stop them to call me any further & also send offficial represenative from bank with this compalint to understand genuinity of the person .we would like to settle this on priority
