Tuffloan coating over glass

Dear sir,

This is second reminder to you, I have suffering in driving my new alto car, due to lake of knowledge of work man.

Happening:- at the time of first service i asked for tuff loan coating to car, for that I have deposit Rs 2800/-(Twenty eight hundred rupees only) but work man used tuff loan coated cloth in glass cleaning so that, when Ifaced opposite coming vehicle's light on my car's all glass become nontransparent (like bathroom glass), in this regard i complaint many time to dealer' service center, they promised to cleaned glass. Till today no one come for repaire.

Hence my humble request to you please do in this matter, Iam looking for your favourable response.
