Banavani Bangle store, as it is famously known as, has faulty articles on sale. They do not take any responsibility for it or apologise for it. Their costomer service employees are very rude and not at all service oriented.

I had my worst experience in the store and would never go there for any purchase again. Guess they think they can get away with such a pathetic service, as the demand in their shop is huge.
