THE RAILWAY MINISTER,

I Bhavya Mehta (20yrs) studing CA, ICWA and IAS made an observation that every year INDIAN RAILWAYS are making repairs for lifting up the platform. instead to avoid this heavy expenses why the railways fix up the tracks with concrete structure and make one time investment. this will help railways to work more efficiently and can concentrate on other issues.to maintain such construction railway only need to spend a rupee and not more.
