Ehavior of the gas delivery man

Dear, Head.

I want to state that, this is consumer no. B-15237 under the name of Bhel gas under indane gas service, a resident of shivalik nagar, haridwar. The gas cylinder delivery man, working under this organization are very rude and arrogant & do not have manners of talking to a lady. We reside at the 1st floor of the appartments & they never deliver the cylinders at 1st floor, they just keep it, at ground floor & later we ladies have to carry at the 1st floor. Please look into the matter, as they have been doing it since last 1 and a half years & I hope they will change their attitude in near future.
