Speed post not delivered

I have sent an Importnat document through speed post from Hyderabad to Bilaspur (C.G.) on 29 th july'09.It is suppose to be reach within 3 days. But even after 7 days also, till 5th August, 09, document is not delivred. Receipt no. is SPEN623371902IN .

How to express my grievance. Is it speed post service provided by Indian postal service.

When ever I sent document from Hyderabad to my native place Bilaspur (C.G.), it is not delivering in time or most of the time it is missing even after registered post. But document sent from Bilaspur (native place) to Hyderabad is delivered in time.

It means there is some problem in Bilaspur region, who are not able to deliver the document.

Rakhi with ordinary post, you can not expect to be delivered. Even register post is not reaching.

I have sent Rakhi with registered post from Hyderabad to Bilaspur on 25 th July '09 .Till Rakhi date 5th August'09 it is not delivered. Receipt no.- RL A 6165 dt 25th July'09.

Let us wait what action will be taken against this complaint.
