SBI credit card

I am having credit card of SBI, and I have not made any transaction after 24-12 AND THE STATEMENT SHOWS OUTSTANDING AS 16 PAISE only. On 13-04 SBI send the out standing statement for Rs 10000/- on my credit card which I never drawn. After that lot of tele complaints and written complaints and my contacts to piller to post invain. Again the sent one dispute form which I sent to them on04-10-06.

Once again SBI sent one more out standing statement letter dated 25-07-08 stating that out standing is Rs 24937/- and asked for one time settelement for Rs 7467.44 and to be paid before 15 th sep 2008. you are requested to resolve the issue.
