Dear sir,

I beg to state that I issued a self cheque No 320308 Dt 04.04.09 for Rs 10, 000/-. In has cheque I authorised Mr. Raj Kumar to draw the money, whose signature is mentioned on back of the cheque & who always draw my money from bank and his name is also mentioned in my pass book, whenever he has drawn, his name also mentioned in your record. Some body has taken same cheque for Rs. 10, 000/- from my table drawer and got it enchased from bank on 06.04.09 by the name of Deepak, which is also mentioned in your record. I don’t know any person the name of Deepak I approached your branch manager of BHEL, branch, Jhansi and that explained whole matter and wanted proper solution. The branch manager told straightway as per rule he can give to any person or even a dog if he comes with cheque for money, branch manager did not even accept my application. I am not satisfied with his response, when I already authorised Mr. Raj Kumar for draw I money then how can give money give without cross checking.

I therefore request you to look in to the matter seriously and do the need full and favorable action.
