Log on problem

I have taken BSNL Broadband 500C Homeplan recently.

I am not able to log on to www.kumudam.com, a tamil weekly journal

since the broadband connection was taken at home, whereas the same site is able to open with the same password and user id at my Office, BHEL R&D, Balanagar, Vikasnagar PO, Hyderabad-93.

Wehn I made complaint over Phone to Mr. Amaraiah, JE, Balanagar he asked me to dial-up 12678 and register the complaint and the same also was done. But as on date the problem exists. Kindly look into this and advice me what to do to log on www.kumudam.com.
