Alance deduction

I went on roaming from 4th of dec this year..n after that after every 3 days, RS 5 got deducted from my balance... when i lodge a complain on 198, they do not provide any services n say that from next time, there will be no deduction from your account, but still problem is there... till now RS 35 has been deducted from my account.i complained near about 3 to 4 times, but hear the same reply from 198 that from next tym balance will not be deducted.so plz help, i want my refund.
