Couriors not deliverd

Dear Sir,

One of our customer from Pune couriered 10 dairies for our office (Bhushan Steel LTD.) 28th Dec. 2011 to the khopoli (Maharashtra). It reached khopoli on 31/12 by 04:42pm as per trackon couriers delivery report, out of which 5 diaries were delivered but still we have not received the rest 5 diaries. It's already 6th Jan.

We made many calls to the courier people but we didn't get any proper response. Some times they are not even lifting the calls.we should take action on this kind of irresponsible behavior.
