About EMI, Bank name changed etc

I am Manoj Kumar, working in a national leading newspaper in Lucknow.

Around 3 yrs back, I have taken Housing Loan from BHW Birla Housing Finance, Lucknow. Many times they increased EMI & Payment Tenure. Now RBI has decreased many times REPO rate and all banks has decreased 2-3 times EMI to their customers, but the said bank (BHW) is not decreasing any EMI.

Before 4 months, I had visited to the office (Shalimar Bldg., Lucknow) and saw the BHW was not there. Some Dutshce Post Bank's name was hanging on the door.. I became surprised to see... where my bank has gone?. At last entered in the bank and asked the manager about the name changed & questioned- why the bank has not informed his customer? Although, Manager's behaviour was very good. But the behaviour of other staff is not favourable with customers.

That day Manager promissed to curtail EMI in the month of March '09. But there is not any information came. If you have reduced only one time EMI, why? While all banks reduced 2-3 times EMI...!!

At last, I want to say if you will not curtail the EMI, then I am free to go CONSUMER FORUM or CHANGE OTHER BANK.

Pl. do something before any action from my side.
