Hi,
I have taken Housing Loan from BHW Home Finance Limited on 2007. In August they have increased interest rates twice: once 1% and once 0.5% and now it is charging 13% for my housing loan. The moment they have a news from Reserve bank within a matter of days interest rates are increased by BHW. Currently when all other banks are reducing interest rates, BHW is still sticking to 13% interest on Housing Loans. When i called BHW, there was no proper response. there was no customer care at all. And they also say that there might not be a decrease in housing loan interest rates. It is really irritating. We should have some law to control these stupid actions made/followed by such banks.
