Enhancement of floating intt rate

Dear Sir,
I have taken 20 lacs home loan on floating rate of interest @ 9.99% on 26th April. BHW Home finance without informing enhanced rate of interest. PDCs of emi Rs. 16000 used to be sent has now been sent to 19200. When everywhere rate of interest is decreased BHW has started floating rate of interest enhanced. When contacted they say that repo rate has not been decreased. Can anybody let me know whether repo rate during the last one year has increased or decreased.
