Irregularity & unproffessional approach

Sir, we took ahome loan of Rs 40 lacs from the company in june.after that in Aug as prepayment plan we handed over a cheque of Rs 10 lacs .after six months we came to know through our bank that our EMI remained the same .than we visited their office twice, initially we didn, t get any infrmtn but afterwards they told us that as per bank, s rules our cheque was bounced .&as it was their duty to inform us .they apologised &we were promised to be compensated as we had paid Rs 11000 extra till Feb. After that when we visited them they completly refused to do so. After that they kept on showing irregularities &.when we visited their office, they told us that old customers will be dealt at New DElhi office only .actually when we applied for loan main reason for applying was that it had office in my place i.e at Rewari &we were promised no inconvenience. now we are facing a great deal of inconvenience.
