I am working in Qatar and visits my family once in 3-4 months. Looking in to the convenience of supermarket shoping, I opted to purchase our home needs from Big Bazar, the so called branded shoping mall in Trivandrum.

To my surprise their dealing towards the customer is ridiculous.. I have few bitter experience during last week.. dec.

I hppened to purchase items costing INR 30000 including one washing machine.. they have given some gift coupouns.. which shows best of luck next time..

After reaching home I found that size of one daily use sandal costing INR 102 is not OK.. I approached them after 30 mts of my purchase with the bill to change it.. I have been asked to wait.. after doing some more purchase I came to the counter.. then their answer was surprising.. you have to wait till we check with the concerned whether we can take it back or not.. as it is dusty.. I told them sir i took it only 30 mts.. back u cn check the bill.. and mind it i have purchased for huge amount.. then his bloody answer was if you purchased for one INR 100000 also we don't mind.

Silly.. foolish people... the best way was to consider that amount as a tip to the promotors..

Simple advise.. don't ever go to Bigbazar..
