Declining of credit card

Ref:- Credit card application no. 1288993

Your rejection letter dated 4th April.

You have informed vide afore mentioned letter that the credit card application has been declined for "adverse banking history".

Please note undersigned has been holding on credit cards since more than 5 years and not even once, we repeat not even once, have we paid late fees that is delayed credit card payments.

We understand the responsibility of holding and using credit card and never mis use that. Therefore your declining on this ground, is really not understandable. If you wish statements and payment details of last 5 years could be sent to you for your ready reference.

We do have 3 credit cards and do not need one but when your marketing agent called up and offered without any charges, or any renewal charges, we thought there is no harm in taking one more.

However your rejection does not appear to be based on proper grounds and hence this request.
