Purchase amount deducted twice from my Debit Card

I have purchased, using my Debit Card, some items in Big Bazaar on 6th Dec 08 for the amount Rs.1036.75. during this payment the vendor used a second machine for swiping the card since the first one responding very slowly, the result is the amount deducted twice from my account. But for only one payment I have signed the counter foil for the payment. The transaction details are given below.
