I purchased kitchen products on 21/01 from Big Bazaar Edm Gzb . when i opened the spice packet of Kali mirch purchased from them (Vendor was Os Spice) a cockroach was found. I complained about it at their outlet I was assured that I would get a call on 29/01 as they would call the OS people. Till date waiting for the call to come.

I just want Mr Biyani to understand that before mentoring other businesses he should consolidate the quality in his present buisenss.
