Money debited twice

Hi,

my name is bhargava, i purchased one leather bag on 11th December at BIG BAZAAR abids Hyderabad, for bill payment i gave my debit card, my money was debited twice because of the mistake of the sales person . the next day i went to the mall and asjed about the mistake thay said the back office people are busy try to come another day i went after 2 days then also the same answer i got. good thing is they gave one number to call about the issue when ever i call to that number they are saying it will automatically credited to your account with in 10 days.

i got the same answer almost 4 times, due to my busy schedule at office i didn't get free time to go there, i have trust on BIG BAZAAR thats why am not complained till now but now am ralised that am mistaken about BIG BAZAAR.
