I have bought 3 items from Furniture Bazaar on 3rd May at R-City Mall at Ghatkopar – Mumbai.

We had asked the delivery time for these goods as this Saturday (9th May), which was agreed and documented in the order register at the store.
Since then we have been following up and called at least 50 times (if not more) to various contacts at the store (Ms. Nanda), and at the warehouse (Ms. Kavita), but no one seems to have a clue what the other person is saying.
We as a customer feel extremely deceived that after paying a sum of INR 12, 300/- even after 10 days, we are still clueless if our order is live or not.
