Not Delivering an booked item even after more than THREE MONTHS!

Dear sir, I had booked an imperia shoerack -solid wood 205000001718099 booked by Dilip on 8.03.2009 by cash memo no. T39/25327 at Big Bazaar, Katriguppe, Banashankari, Bangalore-560085 for my Daughter"s Birthday. It was promised to be delivered in 10 days. But I was surprised to recieve it within one week. To our surprise when the technician came after 3 days to assemble it we found that we had recieved a different coloured Rack (booking was done for the colour shown in the catalogue ie.honey & the product sent was Dirty Oak), the person then contacted his seniors & promised us to Exchange it in 15days. But till date even after contacting the concerned persons & after making more than hundreds of CALLS, either they are not responding or they have been giving only excuses
