Expired Items are being sold

Last Saturday I visited BigBazar located at Tikiapara Howrah. I wondered that commodities those are being sold are not up to the mark. I found many deospray at extreme right side of ground floor those are already expired. Even I found some discounted specially a packaged HeadnShoulder shampoo that is having manufacture date sometime near mid of 2008. Also quality of dress materials are also not good. Reason is same - Those are manufactured long back. I need to know one thing... If Retail chain like BigBazaar can sell such bad products then even if any complain comes then who will be responsible... BigBazaar? Perticular Brand like Nike / HeadnShoulder or We the common people.
