Rude and pathetic customer service

Hi,

The customer support staff in Big bazaar (sattelite bus stop, bangalore) are a bunch of very rude and arrogant people, specially this guy named Vijay. I had some queries regarding recharge of mobile phones to which they absolutely did not respond and aked me to recharge from shops outside of big bazaar in a rude and pathetic manner, i was a regular customer to big bazaar, now i buy all things from TOTAL, which is much better in customer service. I think Big bazaar needs to look at its customer service which is pathetic to say the least
