Misleading by salesman

The salesman promised to deliver and install the furniture within two or three days and the date mentioned is only for paper work.the product came after one week and has not been installed yet after repeated request.the salesman (Sarvesh kumar mobile no.9919361937 from Big Bazaar, Inox, Lucknow) now stopped receiving the phone.
