BIG BAZAAR
Non-Delivery of the product even after 1 month

We bought a sofa set and bedroom set from big bazaar on 15th August 09 with a promise that it will be delivered within 15 days. Till date they have not been delivered! We have tried to contact them on various numbers. But either they dont pick up the calls or say that they will call back with the status, which they never do. And if we ask for a date for the delivery, they keep saying within 3-4 days. We have talked to their manager personally and he gives a similar promise which hasnt come true yet... I have no idea when our things are going to be delivered and its a shame after investing a huge amount of 38, 000 on this!!!
