Non Acceptance Big Bazaar Vouche

Dear sir,
On 14th Nov i have purched BB Gift Voucher at one of Malad stores and on 15th Nov. my family & myself visited at Malad store for shopping.
After spending 3- 4 hour, when we came at the cash till for billing after all our things were packed at the time of payment the BB Voucher were not accepted as their system has some problem.
When we tried to speak thier floor manage, he also refused to co-operate the customer keep on saying that their system has problem.
But we tried to convince him that the BB voucher are pre paid voucher and there own voucher there should not be any problem to accept. If they have any pitty on their customer they would have accepted and make bill later on Once their system is up.
This has been very dissappointed us, we have waisted 3-4 hour in shopping and we left from there without any purachse.
I would have purchased the same on credit / debit card, but my family deceided not purchase any thing from BB. Non of the staff were ready to co operative with us.
But i was highy dissapointed as my son has selected some computer games and he returned with empty hand.
Very bad experience we had at Big Bazaar, Malad, we could'nt understand that their own BB Voucher were not accepted and a very shamefull to BB.
We have communicated to all our customer not to visit BB with Vouchers for shopping and to return those voucher to us. My cutomer should not face as i faced at Big Bazaar at Malad.
