Aggage lost from big bazaar baggage counte

I had visited at BIG BAZAAR, RUDRA POINT, S G HIGHWAY, AHMEDABAD, 079-30481131 yesterday (13.12.2009) and deposited my luggage at the baggage counter (at 1420 hrs) and took the token from the lady. When I returned back to claim the luggage (at 1610 hrs), i came to knew that the luggage was missing. As the luggage was submitted at counter so it was your responsibility to take care of luggage. i was having my documents and new clothing and some other miscellaneous items in the bag. On enquiring regarding the bag nobody provided a satisfactory reply and in the end they had taken token from me also.

The very next after talking to Mr. vishal of BIG BAZAAR, RUDRA POINT, S G HIGHWAY, AHMEDABAD he was ready to pay for the reshopping and also arrange for the issue of the duplicate documents. but after receiving the list of items for me he completely denied occurance of such incident on that day and refused to cooperate.
