ON 15/3 I HAD PURCHASES WORTH Rs 1185 vide bill NO

TILL NO 3 RECPT NO 0009159 ST 4752, CL 65810 Tr 41028

after giving discountv coupon of Rs 280

the final amount payable was Rs 855

There was GUDI PADWA OFFER for free gift for purchases over Rs 999/ & i was eligible for free gift as my total purcahes were for Rs 1185,

despite of the fact the cashier had billed for free gift the same was not given to me at reception counter & the concerned person was nor rady to hear & resolve the issue.

I had lodged a complaint in the book t the reception counter on 15/03
