Cheating on Payment Bill

Hello

I would like to launch a complain against Big Bazar, how they cheated me. With reference to my invoice number 9577 dated 14/08/10 i purchased one toshiba LCD, costed me 19989, and two dream line plate which was in offer on "buy 2 get one free.

while billing they charged me for three plates rather then 2 as per offer, secondly they deducted 1% for transaction charge on overall bill (for example: my bill is of 22000 and adding 1% transaction charge they deducted 22220) where as we never pay such tax any where be it reliance mart or Spencer or More.

i did not check the bill at the time of transaction because of rush however when i checked it in my home i found over all wrong billing.

this has happened to me for the second time.

Previously THAT IS ONE MONTH BACK we went to buy a mixer and they showed us an offer WHERE oven was free on Mixer @ 4000, we got ready to buy that but after deducting the charge they informed that it can not be delivered the same day because of lack of stock and promised us to deliver it within one week. when we came back we thought oven was not required for us so we wanted to cancel the deal and buy only mixer. on telephone they told the deal can be canceled so we went there but they refused to return our money and forced us to bye any electronic item of same cost or more. we were forced to buy a camera at that time we had no plan for such thing and that costed us Rs 5000 and now it has the cost of 3500 only so it was a total loss for us.

Tell me is this the usual way of Big Bazar to function? or you have any policy for the costumer satisfaction also. do let me know what can be done?
