Subject: Improper conduct and mishandling of the company's policy
I visited Big Bazaar on 18th Feburary 2012 in chinchwad pune around 5pm. My handpurse was checked and locked. Due to a phone call, i came out. I reentered, but at this time all my personal items like earrings, cosmetics, small wallets were put up with the white sticker whcih were inside my bag and my bag was then locked by the plastic string. I asked the security personnel that when my handbag is locked, then they should not put stickers inside on my personal items inside the bag. They said rudley get a gate pass if you dont want the stickers. The incharge of the outlet came and said this is comapny's policy. I insisted to show me the policy. On the policy itw as mentioned clearly that laptops, or baby bottles or water bottels which are carried should be sticked. I insisted to accept my complaint by providng the recived stamp of their coampny. But they did not do. I dailed the customer care number 18001032244 which was busy all the time. Manager in cgareg came and denied accepting my written appalictaion. he said you need to drop the email or call on the number. I dialed in front of him the number shared. It came engaged and he tried to fool me by dialing in the number 18001032255 which was ringing. I debated on this as well. Not only this, he said that we are putting stickre son customers jackets as well. Such insult was being done by the staff of big bazaar. My only point was that we open the locked bags in front of the bill payment counter. So why you are putting stcikers on the pesronal items inside the locked bag. Moreover now its communciated that our clothes would also be palced stcikers which is anmbarassing and humilating. I request you to please validate this case and assist me. thanks
