False Promotional offe

Hi,

I am a regular customer of big bazaar and used to visit Big Bazaar twice a month for my home needs.

Now, on June big bazaar launched a promotional offer "Howrah Sampark Card".

So I also enrolled myself for the same and one card got issued on June 20, wher authorized member make an entry on the point after each purchase. And it is written in bold that this card is valid for 6 months from date on issuance.

I had made several purchase and accumulated more than 450 points. On 1st November, I made another purchase of rs 2952/- but I forgot to brought the card with me. I had asked BB representative about the entries and they told please come back with 15 days and we will make your entry in the “Howrah Sampark Card".

I went to Big Bazaar howrah again on 7 th November and when contacted to support desk, they told, boss this offer has been closed (keep in mind is is clearly written on the card that this card remain valid till 6 month) and they will not entire the point accumulated on this purchase into the card and will not issue the free gift.

This is not the first time, every time I went to Big Bazaar, I had some fraud issue.

Requesting all of you not to go and trap in the Big Bazaar's false promotional offers and please put your fraud cases regarding Big Bazaar on time.
