The Staff at Mobile counter on 1st floor of Big Bazaar - Kothrud, Pune - they care least for their customers.

Yesterday, On 6th Sept'09, I have taken a new Aircel SIM card for Rs.99 and even requested for a Top-Up of Rs.98 (for unlimited browsing) and I paid the amount for Rs.197 for the same.

The guy at the Mobile counter (Mobile counter is on 1st floor of Big Bazaar - Kothrud, Pune) promised me that the recharge and Top-Up will be done within 30 minutes.

But, after several calls made to them and now after one day, they say that the server was down since long and their rude answer is that - "Come and collect your money".

Aircel Customer Care says there is no server down on their side and tried a recharge from outside - it is good.
