Delay in delivery

I booked a LG AC at Electronic Bazaar in Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad on May 10. The sales person told me that it will be installed in three days. At the payment counter, they informed me that it will take one week and May 17 was given as the delivery date. On May 17, after waiting for whoke day, I called up Electronic Bazaar in evening to enquire about the staus of delivery and was informed that it cannot be devlivered on that date. The person on the phone said that they forgot to inform me about the furhter delay. I had wasted my whole Sunday because of them. Then, I was given May 21 as the next date of delivery. On May 20, I called up again to make sure that they are delivering the AC next day. The person on the phone told me that he will return back the call after checking the status, but never called back. I am still waiting for their response. It seems I have to waste more days waiting for them to deliver and then install the AC.
