Cheated by Big Bazaa

Twice has Big Bazaar cheated.

First we bought wooden closet and then we bought sofa set.

In both cases, the product was damaged when delivered and never replaced.

the officials kept ignoring us and giving us dates but till date our issue has not been attended.

It's over 6 months now since we purchased our last product from them.

During our visit to the Big Bazaar (Vashi, Navi Mumbai), we realized there were other customers having the same grievances. So, I could safely say it's happening with other customers too...
