Scraches on the Refrigerato

I have purchased refrigerator from Big Bazaar Chinchwad Pune on 15th Oct 09. The refrigerator had scraches on it and we immediately informed Big Bazaar about this. They told us they will sent technician within next 3days. But no technician came till today. We are repeatedly calling them and complaining them about the problem and the manager there told us that technician will come and inspect but till date no one has come. They have told us that they will replace the refrigerator once technicain inspects it but nothing has been done and its been 2 weeks now.
