Very bad experience with Big Baza

I have purchased a 29" Color TV [ Sanyo ] from Big Bazar, Old Madras Road, on 8th Nov. After paying the cash when I have asked for delivery I was told that " at present stock is not available and can deliver with in week time. Till such time a demo piece can be provided". I have accepted the option and collected the demo one. Unfortunately till date I have not received my TV, despite several assurances from the concerned people.

Also, I was told my old TV will be taken back with in three days [ on 8/11/07 ] but till date that too didn't happened.

I request the concerned to do the needful to settle my issue.
