Delivery much later after promised time, fitting delayed

I have bought one wardrobe and one shoe rack from Bigbazar, Metropolis mall on 21/11. It was supposed to be delivered within seven days but it was delivered on 2/12. Till 5 pm 5/12 nobody turned up for fitting. I think bigdaddy of retail should understand what customer service is. How can I be compensated?
