Bad quality product, Delay delivery, No Response

We bought 8 items from Big Bazar Pune, Kothrud branch. After full payment delivery was delayed by 15 days (30 days from date of purchase 15 days). Delivery was done in batches and every time it was promised to install the furniture in next 2 days. After 2 months installation begins, 4 items did not had all the element to install the furniture, 5 items were damaged. As of today 2 glasses are broken and yet there is no reply from them. I had to take 4 days off and visit the branch, we must have made 200 calls to them for delivery, installation and complains.
