Epairing not on time

My transcend 4gb mp4 player, s stopped functioning like no recording . on 29th Jan i have given to them and till date 19th of may i haven't received my product . they said me to replace that very good as i was not having my bill but i do had my warranty, but it seems that they are not bringing the product, what ever the reason may be. at the time of submitting the product they said that it would take more or less 1month 15 days but now it is 3 months and 15 days...

can I be helped
