Late service

I have bought PAULO BOOK SHELF-(BC01), which is folding book shelf, on 10th Oct, Saturday.

The inchared person has commited to DELIVER AND FIX the product on 11th Oct and in delivery report too it is return to be delivered on the 11th Oct, Monday.

But the product was delivered on 12th Oct, Tuesday.

And yet no one from the Big Bazar, Sattelite has come to fix it up.

I have called them 6 times but they are telling the same thing all time that the person will come today.

But no one has come yet and i can not go out in this fetive season because of them.

I request you to take some action on my complaint.
