Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased around 100 nos of gift vouchers from Big Bazar six months back and some of them has expired as i was travelling and unable to redeem the same on time. When i approached their office, i was told to send a mail to their administration office for the same. I have sent across a mail to them with the details (date of purchase, expiry date and the amount). For that, i had received a response saying that they cannot upgrade the date and we cannot use that vouchers at all. I need clarity on the following:

1. Even i used to buy gift vouchers form Lifestyle, Shopper's Shop and other places. I had many incidents like this but they have upgraded my gift vouchers immediately. When they can do it, why cant big bazar to the same?

2. I am not asking them to pay extra money, my request to Big Bazar to return the money or upgrade the date for me to purchase or gift to someone?

3. When they cannot extend the date, why they are selling it to the public? where is the value for money?

4. This is equavalent to cheat?

5. My sincere advice to actress like Asin not to endorse such brands when they are cheating the public?

6. Celebrities should avoid to endorse such brands until they stop doing such fraudulent activities?

7. Maybe, for them (Big Bazar) this is not a big issue but they should understand without the general public they cannot run the show room anywhere
