Unnecessary addition of late fee

Respected Sir,

I am a regular payer of your credit card bills. Three months back I recieved a bill with my transection amt &late fees stating that I have not paid my previous bill. I paid only my transaction amt &not the late fee which was very neglible at that time. As I did not revieve that bill on that month so I did not pay during that month. As a matter of principle I did not pay late fees that month.

Now that negligible late fee amt become Rs.675/-.I tried to solve this matter with your telephone exe. But nobody even bother to consider my situation. So I am making this complaint to you.

Kindly waive off my late fee dues &help me making good relationship with your Bank.
