Forceing to buy carry bag misuse goverment law

I buy some products 2 small item cream & food from BIG BAZAR (hiland park) they say i have to pay for carry bag (govt of India rules). i said i don't need any carry bag because i have school bag out side, & i don't need any carry bag i put my product it in my car. but they refuse & say me i have to take carry bag from my home other wise i have to buy it from them. per bag 4Rs

other wise i can't take any thing from bigbazar with out carry bag...

i think govt make rules for reducing use of carry bag which is bad for our environment. but bigbazar forcing the people to buy it & use it without carry bag u can buy but dn't take it out side...

loook intothe problem as early as possible
