BIG BAZAR/ Metal Bed with Matress
Product is not delivered yet after 15 days

I have purchased a metal bed with matress from Big Bazar (Kandivali) on 14-Dec. Challan no is 1672. I have done the full payment of product by my debit card. they assured me that product will deliver with in 4-5 days. but still I have not received the product. I called many times to them and everytime they are telling we will deliver it today tomorrow definately but the stuation is same. I have taken 1 leave from office so that I can recive the product but the delivery is not came. Now I am frustrated with this company and want you to interfare in this matter. Since I am unnecssary westing my time for waiting them.
